The client was riding a recreational vehicle belonging to a friend. She lost control and struck a tree. Unfortunately, as a result of the accident, she died from her injuries. After a lengthy jury trial, the jury found the owners of the recreational vehicle liable for the wrongful death. We were able to overcome significant liability and comparative negligence arguments to obtain this verdict.

Confidential settlement.  The client was involved in a bar fight and seriously injured.  There were nominal pre-suit offers to settle and both liability and insurance coverage was being contested by the bar and the owner of the property where the bar was located.  

The client was rear-ended when a tow truck driver took his foot off the gas pedal. From a complete stop, the truck rolled into the back of the vehicle. The client was stopped waiting for traffic to move.  Property damage to the client’s car was less than $500.00.  The client’s mass marketing law firm discharged her as a client 6 months prior to the statute of limitations expiring as they could not obtain a settlement for her.  We took this young woman’s case, filed a lawsuit, and subsequently negotiated a settlement of $500,000.00.

A truck struck the vehicle our client was a passenger in resulting in permanent injuries.  We successfully secured a settlement for the client of $5,000,000.00, which was the full amount of insurance available for this accident.

The client was on a friend’s boat and was severely injured when the boat was negligently operated.  An arbitration took place, and we were successful in obtaining an award of $1,873,457.07 for our Client.
